PTFE TAPE is a high-tech invention patent product independently developed and produced by our company. It is suitable for thread sealing of various pipelines and has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-aging and good sealing performance. There are various specifications of FW PTFE TAPE available. Different specifications are used for different sealing purposes to meet the diverse needs of customers.
Thread Seal String is the "new high-tech product" of our company ,made by the Special fibre with Silicone grease. It is used for all kinds of the sealing of stainless steel tube screw.It suitable for all kinds of thread sealing metal mouth. Has wear-resisting, good elasticity, high and low temperature resistance, aging resistance and corrosion resistance, is not easy to be thread tooth cutting etc, and is widely used in the hot and cold water,etc liquid medium thread seal. It has the characteristics of high temperature 180℃, in low temperature 40°℃within the scope of use for a long time, no curing, adhesion, high permeability, tensile strength, good, can completely prevent leak, have at the same time reduce industrial raw material, low cost, high power to weight, health, safety and environmental protection etc.
Pipeling Thread Sealant widely used in petroleum ,fire protection, plumbing, drinking water pipes and other metal hydraulic lock pin solid and sealed. Resistance pressure,,resistant to most chemicals,vibration and aging. Notice: clean the thread by the brush first,put the sealant on it and tightening it.
Thread Locking Adhesive is an adhesive used to lock threaded connections (such as bolts and nuts). Its main function is to prevent threads from loosening under working conditions like vibration and impact, and it can also provide sealing and anti-corrosion effects. It is widely used in fields such as machinery manufacturing, automotive, and electronics. Common types include anaerobic thread locking adhesives.
