On the morning of April 15, Zhang Zhixiong, Vice Mayor of Sihui City, and his delegation visited Sihui Shengliao Tape Factory Co., Ltd. to conduct a research visit. They encouraged the company to pursue a path of independent innovation, enhance its management practices, accelerate its efforts toward going public, and ultimately achieve the city's breakthrough in having its first listed company.
Zhang Zhixiong and his delegation, led by the head of the raw material tape factory, conducted an in-depth visit to various workshops within the plant, thoroughly examining the company's current production and operational status as well as its preparations for going public.
Sihui Raw Material Tape Factory is a nationally recognized, high-tech private enterprise that, after 21 years of development, has become a leader in China's raw material tape industry. The company has achieved significant advancements—both in independent innovation and in operational management—laying a solid foundation for its upcoming public listing. Currently, the company has entered the stage of securities firm research and is expected to sign an agreement with a brokerage firm by the end of this month.
Previously, to help the company successfully go public, the Sihui Municipal Party Committee and Government assisted the enterprise in resolving numerous challenges, including land-use quotas.
Vice Mayor Zhang Zhixiong stated that the purpose of this调研 (research visit) is primarily to gain a deeper understanding of whether enterprises have encountered other challenges during the process of applying for an IPO, as well as to identify specific areas where they still require assistance from the Party Committee and the government. In response, the Party Committee and the government will implement targeted measures to better serve and support these companies.
Zhang Zhixiong pointed out that the raw material tape factory has come a long way with no easy steps, and its achievements are clearly visible. He expressed hope that the company will continue pursuing independent innovation, enhance its management practices, and develop more products with high technological content and significant added value. At the same time, he encouraged the company to diligently prepare for its upcoming public listing, aiming to achieve this milestone within the year and breaking the city's current zero-record in listed companies—thus contributing positively to the city's economic and social development.
