Building nests to attract phoenixes, jointly nurturing outstanding talents: College students venture into FORWA to explore the cutting-edge of secret封 technology and intelligent manufacturing.

Recently, Sihui Shengliao Dai Chang Co., Ltd.  welcomed a group of energetic visitors—faculty and student representatives from local universities specializing in intelligent manufacturing, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, and related fields. This visit-and-learning activity aims to build a practical bridge for industry-academia-research collaboration, enabling young students to gain firsthand exposure to the production frontlines and cutting-edge technologies in the field of sealing materials.

Led by the production manager, teachers and students took an orderly tour of the company’s core production areas. From raw material pre-processing and precision stretching to automated cutting and packaging, the students witnessed firsthand the entire process of producing high-quality PTFE raw tape—each roll meticulously crafted under the operation of our advanced equipment. The students showed great interest in our equipment. On-site, the company’s technical staff explained the material properties and operating principles of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), as well as key information about the equipment itself, vividly bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge from textbooks and real-world industrial applications.

During the subsequent exchange seminar, the company’s technical experts engaged in an in-depth dialogue with the students. The students eagerly asked questions on topics such as optimization of production processes, trends in the development of environmentally friendly materials, and the potential applications of sealing technology in various emerging industries. The company representatives, drawing on their own experiences, ...
