On July 21, 2025, General Manager Ji convened key personnel from relevant departments for a dedicated preparatory meeting, conducting in-depth deployment regarding audit standards and operational details.
The meeting focused on the U.S. SA8000 Social Accountability auditing system, covering critical dimensions such as health and safety, waste management, child labor prevention, working hours, wages and benefits, and labor conduct standards. Aligning with client-specific requirements, the audit process was clarified—comprising two major components:
On-site inspections of raw material warehouses, production areas, dormitories, and cafeterias;
Documentation review.
Regarding the company’s Sealing Thread Project, GM Ji refined task assignments: responsibilities for patent certifications, procurement, production, and other stages were delegated to designated personnel. From organizing ISO 9001 certification documents to ensuring procurement process compliance and preparing traceability materials for production, all tasks were assigned clear owners and deadlines, requiring "interlinked execution and seamless integration" across all phases.
He emphasized that the audit serves as a vital platform to demonstrate the company’s management strength and commitment to social responsibility. Adhering to the principle of "high standards and strict implementation," the company must ensure:
Full-process compliance and traceability in production workflows;
Immediate responsiveness of management personnel to audit requests;
Accuracy and completeness of documentation.
This approach will project a professional and responsible corporate image to clients, consolidating the foundation for international collaboration.
